We want to ensure that managing your appointments at the KEGE Center is as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Here are our guidelines for rescheduling, cancelling, and handling late arrivals to help you plan effectively:
Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Appointment:
- You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time by going to my.kegecenter.com. Here you can click "See details" to the right of the appointment and will have the option to reschedule or cancel.
- If a cancellation or reschedule request is made less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 no-show fee will be applied. This policy is in place because your provider has reserved this specific time for your care, and last-minute changes prevent them from assisting other patients.
If You Are Running Late:
- Your provider will wait for you for up to 10 minutes past your appointment time. If you anticipate being late, please call our office at 480-605-4400 or email us at support@kegecenter.com as soon as possible. You may have the option to switch your appointment to a video session if you cannot make it in person on time.
- Keep in mind that medication management appointments typically last 20 minutes. Arriving late may limit the time your provider has to evaluate and adjust your treatment plan, possibly necessitating a reschedule at your own expense.
Missed Appointments (No-Show):
- Missed appointments without prior notice will be marked as a no-show and incur a $50 fee. In most cases, you will need to book another appointment, as the time set aside for you could not be utilized to assist another patient.
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you miss an appointment due to an emergency, please inform us promptly by sending an email to support@kegecenter.com or calling us at 480-605-4400. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Appointment Reminders:
- We send reminders via email and text message as your appointment approaches, including a final reminder just before your appointment time. These are meant to help you manage your schedule and avoid missed appointments.
If you know in advance that you won't be able to make it, or if unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. We're here to work with you to ensure you receive the care you need when you need it.
