Scheduling for a new family member

KEGE Patient portal allows you to add additional family members to your portal so you can schedule evaluations and appointments for them. You can add a family member by following this process:

  1. Log into the Patient Portal.
  2. From the portal dashboard, select the "Add a new patient" button.
  3. Enter the family member's personal information, and click "Add". 
  4. Select the "Book now" button at the top of the portal.
  5. Select the new family member and press "Next".
  6. Choose the appointment date and time.


Here is a step-by-step visual guide. 


Step 1:


From the portal dashboard, select the "Add a new patient" button.


Step 2:


Enter the family member's personal information, and click "Add"



Step 3:


Select the "Book now" button at the top of the portal.


Step 4:


Select the new family member and press "Next".


Step 5:


Choose the appointment date and time.
