Messages from your provider

KEGE Patient portal allows your provider to send you secure messages directly to your portal. When your provider sends you a message, you will receive an SMS notification and email. You can view the message by clicking the link in the notification. You can also view messages by following this process:

  1. Log into the Patient Portal.
  2. From the portal dashboard, select "See details" beneath the message.
  3. You can also select "See full profile". 
  4. Click the "Messages" icon to view all messages received.


Here is a step-by-step visual guide. 


Step 1:


Click "See details" under the message to the right of the patient's name.


The message will populate and can be viewed later by following the next steps.



Step 2:


Click "See full profile" on the portal dashboard.



Step 3:


Click the "Messages" icon to view all messages received.



Here you will be able to see all messages that have been sent to you current and past.
