Updating your insurance information

KEGE Patient portal allows you to update your insurance information 24/7. You can update your information by following these steps:

  1. Login to your patient portal.
  2. Click "See full profile".
  3. Select the "Insurance" icon.
  4. Review what you have on file.
  5. Click "Add new" or "Edit".
  6. Click anywhere inside the outlined box where the current picture is located. 
  7. Select the photo of the new insurance card for the front and back.  
  8. Click "update".
  9. Verify the upload. 


Here is a step-by-step visual guide.


Step 1:


Login to the patient portal and click "See full profile".



Step 2:


Select the "Insurance" icon.



Step 3:


Review what you have on file.



Step 4:


Click "Add new" or "Edit".



Step 5:


Click anywhere inside the outlined box where the current picture is located. 



Step 6:


Select the photo of the new insurance card for the front and back.




Step 7:


Click "update". 



Step 8:


Verify the upload.
