Updating contact information

KEGE Patient portal allows you to make changes and update your contact information 24/7. There are two locations where you can update contact information. One location is for the "Master user" of the account (e.g. notification, emails...), and the other location is for the patient. This is helpful for families where each member has their own phone number. You can make changes to the Master users information by:

  1. Going to the "Manage your account" section of the portal.
  2. Select "Edit" under the "Manage your account" section.
  3. Enter the information and click "Save changes".


You can make changes to the patient information by:

  1. Select the Patient you would like to update.
  2. Click the "See full profile" button.
  3. Scroll down and select "Contact info" from the carousel.
  4. Click "Edit information"


Here is a step-by-step visual guide. 


Updating Master User Information


Step 1:


Log into the patient portal, and click the "Manage your account" link just below your name.



Step 2:


Select "Edit" under the "Manage your account" section.



Step 3:


Enter the information and click "Save changes".




Updating Patient Information


Step 1:


Select the Patient you would like to update.



Step 2:


Click the "See full profile" button.



Step 3:


Scroll down and select "Contact info" from the carousel.



Step 4:


Click "Edit information"
