Using the Journal feature

KEGE Patient portal allows you to make journal entries to share with your provider, or just keep track of how things are going. Making regular journal entries can help you recall important details, and there is no limit to the number of entries that you can make. You can make entries by following this process:

  1. Go to the "See full profile" section of the portal.
  2. Select the "Journal" icon.
  3. Click the "Add new" button at the button of the screen.
  4. Type as much as you would like, and click "Send". 
  5. You can view all entries below the "Add new" button. You can also add more entries by clicking the "Add new" button.


Here is a step-by-step visual guide. 


Step 1:


Go to the "See full profile" section of the portal.



Step 2:


Select the "Journal" icon.



Step 3:


Click the "Add new" button at the button of the screen.



Step 4:


Type as much as you would like, and click "Send".



Step 5:


You can view all entries below the "Add new" button. You can also add more entries by clicking the "Add new" button.
