KEGE Patient portal allows you to send messages to your providers electronically. You can send messages by following this process:
- Log into the Patient Portal.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and, select the "Send your request" link under "Need help?".
- Choose the patient that the message is going to be about.
- Click "Contact us".
- Complete the form and select the category that best fits your needs.
- Type your message.
- Click the "Send" button.
- Click the "See full profile" button.
- Scroll down and select the "Support" Icon.
- Review the request submitted.
Here is a step-by-step visual guide.
Step 1:
Log into the Patient Portal. Scroll to the bottom of the page and, select the "Send your request" link under "Need help?".
Step 2:
Choose the patient that the message is going to be about.
Step 3:
Click "Contact us".
Step 4:
Complete the form and select the category that best fits your needs.
Step 5:
Click send.
Step 6:
Click the "See full profile" button.
Step 7:
Scroll down and select the "Support" Icon.
You can also send messages to your provider from here by clicking the "Get support" button.
Note:
When you click "Send your request" or "Get support" the widget below will be shown. You will have the option to "Search for help" or "Contact Us".
- Search for help guides you to relevant articles through key word searches.
- Contact us allows you to send messages to your provider and support team.
Contact us:
- Verify your name and email address.
- Select how we can help from the drop-down.
- Enter the subject/title of the message.
- Type a detailed description/message you would like to send to the provider.
- Click on the send button to submit the message.
Messages from Providers
When your provider responds to a message,
- You will get an SMS notification
- You will get a notification message in your patient portal
- Unread messages count gets updated in the 'Messages' menu
Click on the message to view the details.
