Scheduling a follow-up appointment

KEGE Patient portal allows you to schedule appointments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can view provider schedules, and make appointments by following this process:

1. Log into the Patient Portal.
2. From the portal dashboard, select the "Book now" button.
3. Select the patient you would like to schedule for and press "Next". 
4. Choose how you would like the appointment to take place (Video or Office).
5. Select the provider you would like to see.
6. Choose the appointment date and time.
7. Describe what you would like to discuss during the appointment. 
8. If you have Aetna, Cigna, or United Healthcare enter or verify that the information is current. 
9. Confirm appointment details.
10. Scroll down on confirmation page and complete appointment forms.

Step 1:

Press here to Log into the Patient Portal.

Step 2:

From the portal dashboard, select the "Book now" button.

Step 3:

Select the patient you would like to schedule for and press "Next".

Step 4:

Choose how you would like the appointment to take place (Video or Office).

Select the provider you would like to see.

Step 6:

Choose the appointment date and time.

Step 7:

Step 8:
