Switching your in-office appointment to a video appointment

KEGE Patient portal allows you to change your in-office appointment to a video appointment anytime prior to the scheduled start time. There are a few different ways you can make changes to a scheduled appointment by following this process:

  1. Log into the patient portal.
  2. Select the patient.
  3. Click the "See full profile" button.
  4. Select the "Visits" icon from the carousel. 
  5. Click the "See details" link.
  6. Select the "Change to video call" button.

Here is a step-by-step visual guide. 


Step 1:


From the portal dashboard, select the patient that you would like to view or make changes to. 



Step 2:


Click the "See full profile" button. 

Step 3:


Select the "Visits" icon from the carousel.



Step 4:


Click "See details" on the appointment you would like to make changes to.



Step 5:


Select "Change to video call" near the bottom.
